Using Feedback Tool:

Here another feedback form used specifically to gather information and present it to the User. Each feedback form is assigned to the User of the replicated web page by default. Meaning any web visitor who feel out the contact me form on a User's web site. The submitted information can only be read and responded to by the assigned Users.

Feedback form is added and configured using Site Tools within the Website Wizard area. Feedback FlexFields were added for each question. First name, Last name, and email address are default feeback input questions. You only need to add FlexFields if you wish to ask the visitor for additonal questions. In the tool area the HTML code is generated and then copy and past into the replication web page.
